About the Role:

We're seeking an aggressive, data-driven Growth Marketer to spearhead user acquisition and revenue generation for our self-serve AI platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll build and execute product-led growth (PLG) strategies from the ground up, driving adoption across both enterprise users and the builder community in the US and global markets.

You'll be responsible defining ICPs, penetrating target markets, running multi-channel experiments, and converting traction into data-driven, ROI-focused business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

1. Build & execute GTM strategies for our dual audiences: (a) pharma/CRO teams and (b) AI agent builders

2. Drive user acquisition through both organic and paid channels - community engagement, partnerships, content, ads

3. Run growth experiments rapidly, test channels, optimize funnels, double down on what works

4. Develop partnerships with industry ecosystems, affiliate networks, and distribution channels

5. Own growth metrics end-to-end: signups, activation, conversion, CAC/LTV, retention

6. Build community presence in relevant spaces (LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Twitter/X, industry specific forums, conferences)

7. Drive traction through developer communities: GitHub, Stack Overflow, AI/ML Discord servers, HuggingFace forums, etc.

8. Engage in AI agent communities: LangChain, AutoGPT, AI Twitter/X, indie maker groups (IndieHackers, ProductHunt, etc.)

9. Create demand generation campaigns tied to clear ROI targets

What You Must Have:

Experience:

- Atleast 6-10 years in growth marketing for B2B SaaS / Software / AI products

- Proven track record launching and scaling self-serve/PLG platforms

- Experience with US market (software/pharma/healthcare/tech sectors preferred)

Essential Technical Skills:

1. Product-Led Growth (PLG)

- Self-serve user acquisition and bottom-up adoption strategies

- Freemium/trial conversion optimization

- Building viral/referral loops

2. Multi-Channel Distribution

- Organic: SEO, content marketing, community engagement

- Paid: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting

- Partnerships: Affiliate programs, co-marketing

3. Analytics & Tools

- Google Analytics (GA4) or similar product analytics tools

- Marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)

- CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)

- A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

4. Growth Experimentation

- Structured testing approach (hypothesis - test - learn - scale)

- Landing page and funnel optimization

- Rapid iteration mindset

5. Campaign Execution

- End-to-end campaign management

- Email marketing and nurture sequences

- Webinar/event marketing

Personal Traits:

- Aggressive, go-getter mindset that thrives on capturing market share

- High ownership - you build strategy AND execute hands-on

- Data-driven but creative experimenter

- Comfortable being front-facing (webinars, podcasts, events)

Nice to Have:

- Healthcare/pharma/biotech marketing experience

- Developer tools or API platform experience

- Early-stage startup or founding team experience

- Existing network in pharma or AI/tech communities

- Understanding of clinical trials/clinical research or Agentic AI
