What Youll Do:
Own Paid Performance Marketing:
- Lead LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and vertical channel campaigns end-to-end.
- Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Reduce CAC while increasing qualified demo volumes.
- Build a scalable, predictable paid acquisition engine.
Expand Into New, High-Signal Growth Channels:
- Unlock non-traditional acquisition pathways:
- Substack partnerships.
- Podcasts, YouTube creators, KOLs.
- Bar associations & legal groups.
- Webinars, industry events, niche communities.
- Co-marketing with complementary SaaS platforms.
- Turn experiments into repeatable channel playbooks.
Strengthen Our Content + Distribution Engine:
- Partner with brand marketing to amplify:
- LinkedIn founder/brand thought leadership.
- Long-form blogs, product storytelling.
- Legal AI insights + trend content.
- Ensure content reaches the right legal audiences, in the right channels.
- Support high-quality webinars, workshops, and product sessions.
Funnel Management & Measurement:
- Build dashboards tracking acquisition activation conversion.
- Partner with product to strengthen key conversion moments.
- Establish clarity in ROI, attribution, and channel performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with founders on category design and market positioning.
- Align with product + sales on messaging, segmentation, personas.

What Youll Bring (Must-Have):
- 4-8 years in growth/performance marketing (SaaS/tech/startups preferred).
- Hands-on operator with deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads.
- Strong command of segmentation, retargeting, landing page optimisation.
- Experience managing budgets and scaling omnichannel performance programs.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort working with dashboards & CAC/LTV models.
- Ability to blend paid + organic channels for holistic growth.
- Creative thinker who can find and scale non-obvious distribution paths.
- Comfortable working with founders and senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
