Job Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience optimizing campaigns across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Own funnel metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve growth outcomes.
- Implement SEO, email, and lifecycle marketing initiatives where applicable.
- Track and report weekly and monthly growth performance.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing analytics.
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution models, and growth metrics.
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and tag management.
- Strong analytical, experimentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced, growth oriented environments.
