Role Overview
As Growth Manager - Quick Commerce, you will own and drive the brands performance across Indias leading quick commerce (q-commerce) platforms. Youll be responsible for driving revenue, visibility, and customer acquisition across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and similar channels. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring analytical thinking, on-ground execution, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership for q-commerce channel: Drive sales, optimize margins, and improve unit economics.
- Platform Management: End-to-end account handling on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now, etc.
- Assortment & Launches: Drive new product listings, assortment optimization, and NPD rollouts.
- Visibility & Marketing: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on platform dashboards and manage in-app visibility slots/promotions.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with supply chain and ops to ensure seamless order fulfilment and real-time inventory hygiene.
- Data Analysis: Monitor platform analytics, cohort performance, and consumer behavior to drive weekly/monthly plans.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with category managers and q-commerce platform teams to unlock growth opportunity
