Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketplace Growth Manager to drive GMV/NSV, enhance marketplace presence, optimize campaigns, and deliver profitable growth across multiple e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on marketplace experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & P&L:
- Own GMV/NSV, CM2/CM3, and TACoS, creating monthly and weekly growth plans per channel.
- Build bottoms-up forecasts and drive demand shaping via promotions, AMS/Flipkart Ads, and Q-commerce placements.
Assortment, Content & Merchandising:
- Define channel-wise assortment and price ladders; launch NPDs rapidly.
- Ensure PDP best practices (titles, bullets, A+ content), image/video standards, and storefront optimization.
- Drive Share of Voice through keyword strategy; manage Buy Box, ratings (>4.4), and review velocity.
Performance & Trading:
- Plan and execute campaign calendars (event sales, brand days, payday bursts).
- Monitor and optimize AMS/Sponsored Ads/Flipkart Ads/Nykaa Ads (keyword mining, ACOS control, bid automation, query mapping).
- Maximize Q-commerce visibility through hero slots, banner placements, sampling, and bundles.

- Set inventory norms per channel/DC/dark store; maintain >95% fill rate and
