About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, driven Growth Manager to lead the launch and scaling of our apps in new international markets. This is a 01 ownership role, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across market prioritization, GTM (go-to-market), cross-functional planning, and performance ownership.
You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution from idea to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize international market opportunities based on data, trends, and fit.
- GTM Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for each region, including user acquisition, localization, and positioning.
- Ops & Compliance: Coordinate with PSPs, legal, and finance to ensure payments, compliance, and regulatory readiness.
- Cross-functional Program Management: Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to align launch plans and drive execution.
- P&L Ownership: Own the performance metrics (revenue, CAC, ROI) for assigned markets and iterate for scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech from IIT/NIT/BITS (MBA is a plus but not mandatory)
Experience:
- 5-8 years in a high-growth consumer tech startup, gaming/fintech company, or top-tier consulting firm.
- Must have launched or scaled at least one digital B2C product outside India.
Skills :
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency
- Cultural sensitivity and global awareness
- Excellent communication; able to work closely with CMOs, engineers, and external partners
- Hands-on, ownership mindset with proven execution ability
