
Growth Manager - FutureJobs Program
Seek a dynamic Growth Manager or Business Unit Manager to lead upskilling and job programs within the Edtech sector. This role focuses on driving revenue through funnel management, strategic program curation, and P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will build and lead high-performing teams, ensuring successful job placements and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire funnel from database marketing to sales conversion, ensuring efficient lead flow and revenue generation.
- Curate and develop futuristic upskilling and job programs based on market demand and industry trends.
- Assume full P&L ownership, driving profitability and business unit performance.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Develop and manage pipelines, ensuring consistent revenue streams and program success.
- Oversee strategy, budgeting, team building, operations, marketing, sales, and job placements. Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Edtech, with a focus on upskilling or job programs (offline & online)
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing sales funnels to drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the Edtech landscape, including market trends and competitive analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred Skills / Attributes
- Experience with high-ticket sales programs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in vendor management and resource allocation.
