Role Summary
This role is equal parts revenue strategist, data-driven operator, and cross-functional leader. You will not just "grow sales"-you will design and run the revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
1. Top-of-Funnel & Demand Generation
- Own customer acquisition across:
- Offline walk-ins and local activation channels
- Partnerships and institutional demand
- Define and track funnel metrics:
- Impressions - visits - orders - repeat - subscribers
- Work closely with Marketing and Ops to convert visibility into transactions
2. Customer Retention & Revenue per User
- Drive repeat rates, frequency, and LTV across cohorts
- Design and scale:
- Subscription / membership monetization
- Bundles, add-ons, upsells, and limited-time offers
- Own retention dashboards:
- M0-M3-M6-M12 cohorts
- Churn drivers and win-back levers
3. Revenue Channel Management
- Full P&L-aware ownership of:
- Delivery aggregator performance (pricing, commissions, ads ROI)
- Offline store-level revenue optimisation
- New channels (corporate, events, collaborations, B2B)
- Set channel-wise targets and track:
- Net revenue (post-discount, post-commission)
- Contribution margins
- CAC vs LTV
4. Data, Insights & Decisioning
- Be the single source of truth for revenue insights
- Build and run dashboards covering:
- Channel-wise performance
- City / zone / store-level revenue trends
- Campaign ROI and experimentation outcomes
- Translate data into clear actions, not reports
5. Partnerships & Strategic Revenue
- Identify and close revenue-accretive partnerships:
- Brands, corporates, real estate, mobility, events
- Structure win-win commercial models
- Work closely with founders and leadership on strategic deals
6. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the revenue bridge between:
- Marketing
- Operations
- Product / App
- Finance
- Align teams on one revenue narrative and one scorecard

- Net revenue growth (MoM, QoQ)
- Repeat rate & frequency improvement
- Contribution margin by channel
- Aggregator ad ROI
- Subscription / loyalty penetration
- Revenue per store and per customer
Candidate Profile
Must-Have
7+ years of proven sales / revenue / growth experience in:
- QSR, food tech, consumer internet, or retail
- Strong experience managing:
- Delivery aggregators
- Multi-channel revenue funnels
- High comfort with data, dashboards, and cohort analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience scaling a consumer brand from early to growth stage
- Exposure to subscriptions, loyalty, or habit-based businesses
- Hands-on experience with pricing, promotions, and unit economics
