We have an urgent job Opening for Growth Manager with EV Industry.

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead both Expansion and Demand for a specific region.

- This role requires a strategic and execution-focused leader who can drive new city launches, optimize station expansion, and ensure strong demand generation. You will work cross- functionally to scale Battery Smart's presence and ensure high utilization of our swapping stations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expansion Strategy & Execution

- Own the regional expansion roadmap, identifying high-potential areas for new battery- swapping stations.

- Work closely with the Expansion team to scout, evaluate, and finalize new locations.

- Demand Growth & Market Penetration

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire fleet operators, EV drivers, and business partners.

- Work with local teams to drive demand-side initiatives, ensuring high station utilization.

- Identify key customer segments and craft tailored engagement strategies to drive adoption.

- Program & Process Management

- Build and refine structured processes for city launches, demand generation, and station optimization.

- Implement data-driven decision-making to optimize station placements and demand-side efforts.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with the Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure smooth execution of regional growth plans.

- Work closely with fleet operators, driver communities, and business partners to boost adoption.

- Align expansion and demand efforts with company-wide growth objectives.

Who You Are:

- Experience: (5-7)+ years in expansion, business growth, demand generation, or program management roles (EV, mobility, logistics, or retail preferred).

- Strategic & Execution-Oriented: Ability to balance long-term planning with on-the-ground execution.

- Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

-Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration and negotiation skills to engage internal and external partners.

- Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of EV users, fleet operators, and urban mobility trends.
