
We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Growth Manager who can design, execute, and scale full-funnel growth strategies from lead generation to revenue conversion by integrating marketing, automation, and sales into a single performance-driven system.
You'll be responsible for owning the entire digital growth engine, from strategic thinking, hands-on execution to optimize conversions, reduce CAC, and drive measurable revenue growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategy & Funnel Ownership
- Design and own multi-stage growth funnels - awareness - engagement - conversion - retention.
- Plan and execute A/B tested experiments to improve CTRs, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Identify bottlenecks in user journeys and implement fixes for higher throughput.
- Build, monitor, and optimize campaign-level KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROI).
2. Marketing & Campaign Enablement
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns for existing databases with funnel management.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube) with performance accountability.
- Run retargeting, lookalike, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for messaging, storytelling, and ad optimization.
- Drive automation across lead capture, nurturing, and retargeting workflows (CRM, WhatsApp, email).
3. Conversion & Revenue Enablement
- Curate landing pages, forms, and nurturing flows with high-converting copy and UX.
- Work closely with sales & product teams to shorten lead-to-sale cycles.
- Track and improve conversion metrics across all acquisition touchpoints.
- Maintain strong follow-ups campaigns and nurture leads to maximize monthly closures.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Build real-time dashboards tracking funnel performance, costs, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign and data (Use data (Google Analytics, Sales CRM, Analytics CRM, Ads Manager, etc.) to drive daily decisions (identify trends, drop-offs, and opportunities)
- Present actionable insights to leadership for growth optimization.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with design, creative team (design, copy writing, video production), marketing, sales, operations, and tech teams to ensure funnel alignment.
- Collaborate with automation & CRM teams for seamless user journeys.
- Lead the campaign creatives, copy writing, and user communication strategy.
- Curate an automated nugget marketing/communication strategy with the content team.
- Curate an optimized brand building strategy with branding campaigns.
- Align with the Intelligence team to improve targeting, segmentation, and conversion efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to drive webinar-to-enrollment conversions.
Key Requirements:
- 3-8 years' experience in growth, revenue, marketing, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record in running lead generation and revenue-focused campaigns.
- Experience in managing 1Lakh+ data per day for marketing campaigns.
- Strong command of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboards).
- Deep understanding of funnels, CAC/LTV metrics, and conversion optimization.
- Experience in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, Saleforce, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.).
- A/B testing mindset and ability to make decisions from data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing high-ticket or service-based funnels.
- Hands-on with WhatsApp automation and webinar marketing workflows.
- Prior exposure to B2C growth in edtech, SaaS, or upskilling sectors.
