Description: Human Capital Express is partnering with a high-growth consumer startup to hire a Growth Manager to lead scale across e-commerce and quick-commerce channels. This role owns topline growth, platform performance, and demand acceleration across multiple digital marketplaces.
Role Overview: The Growth Manager will drive marketplace revenue through platform partnerships, demand generation, pricing and visibility strategies, and cross-functional execution with supply chain, marketing, finance, and catalogue teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
- Plan and execute monthly growth calendars, campaigns and platform events
- Drive platform visibility, promotions, pricing and assortment optimisation
- Track performance metrics, sales velocity and conversion improvement
- Work closely with supply chain and catalogue to ensure availability and discoverability
- Analyse competition, pricing movements and category trends
- Partner with marketing for demand generation and ROAS optimisation
- Present weekly performance dashboards and growth insights to leadership
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3-6 years in e-commerce or marketplace growth roles
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ads and promotions
- Experience driving revenue through pricing, campaign and visibility levers
- Strong analytical skills with Excel / Google Sheets
- Stakeholder management across ops, marketing, finance and vendors
- High ownership mindset in fast-paced environments
