We are looking for MBA in Marketing / Sales / Strategy or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C or Retail.
- Prior experience scaling brands on online is a strong plus.
Sales Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Own online sales targets across eCommerce, own website and quick commerce platforms.
- Drive GMV, net revenue, brand market share growth and contribution margin growth through platform-level initiatives.
- Identify and execute levers for growth including pricing, assortment expansion, promotions, and visibility.
- Manage relationships with key marketplace and Q-commerce partners
- Ensure strong on-shelf availability, discoverability, and content excellence
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
- Plan and optimize platform ad spends
Assortment, Pricing & Promotions
- Define optimal assortment mix for eCommerce vs Q-commerce.
- Drive dynamic pricing and promotional strategies to balance growth and profitability
Data, Analytics & Insights
- Track and analyse KPIs: GMV, conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate, ROAS, margin, and market share.
- Plan and optimize platform ad spends
