Role Summary:
We are seeking an energetic Growth Manager with a proven track record of scaling early-stage D2C brands from inception to significant growth.
This hands-on role demands a growth hustler who thrives in fast-paced environments, masters funnel optimization, and leads with a founders mindset.
Ownership of the full growth playbook, from acquisition through lifetime value (LTV), is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the comprehensive Growth Playbook, focusing on both customer acquisition and maximizing LTV.
- Scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF), managing CAC payback and ROAS metrics meticulously.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests spanning website UX, digital ads, email/SMS campaigns, and influencer marketing efforts.
- Build and nurture creator partnerships and community-led growth engines to amplify brand presence organically.
- Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and refine growth strategies continuously.
- Lead lifecycle marketing efforts including CRM, email marketing, loyalty programs, and referral campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product teams, and creatives to ensure growth initiatives align with brand vision and market dynamics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience scaling early-stage D2C brands, preferably in fashion or lifestyle verticals.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and funnel optimization techniques.
- Proficient with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- A founder-like mindset marked by resourcefulness, data-driven decision-making, and brand-first focus.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities suited to a high-growth startup ecosystem.
