Growth Manager - D2C:

We are looking for a self-motivated and enterprising candidate to join our organization. This role will be one of its kind and focused on devising creative ways backed by technology to improve the overall growth of our e-commerce business through strategic and effective use of different platforms. This person will be responsible for increasing the presence of myNachiketa and its users through performance marketing on platforms like Meta, Amazon, YouTube, Google etc.

A very good opportunity for candidates who want to get into performance marketing or growth or digital marketing. In myNachiketa you will get an opportunity to learn & contribute in a fast paced environment with a focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead campaigns, reporting and analytics across all channels and own the performance of all relevant KPI's (AOV, CAC, contribution margin, channel ROAS targets, etc.)

- Developing, executing, and managing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

- Conduct market intelligence and competitive landscape mapping to look into potential Direct to Consumer (DTC) growth opportunities

- Developing a deep understanding of customer behaviour and trend.

- Define, develop and constantly optimize campaigns to meet the goals and KPIs by developing A/B Testing strategies, landing pages & pricing strategies

- Partner with internal team to drive content optimization, videos creation etc.

- Creating promotional offers/ promotions to drive customer acquisition and improve AOV

What we are looking for:

- Masters or Bachelors degree with 0-3 years of experience.

- Clear communication, analytical and quantitatively inclined

- Creativity and thinking out of the box

- High motivation and ability to work independently

- Deep interest in growing products from scratch in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in growth hacking, performance marketing is a plus
