Position: Growth Manager.
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
Working Days: Monday Friday.
Experience Required: 4+ years.
Client: Leading D2C Brand.
Looking for candidates with prior experience of building growth loops and driving sales through performance marketing and CRO.
Job Description:
- Own and drive end-to-end growth strategy.
- Optimize the on-site user journey from landing to checkout to maximize conversions.
- Build and manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, Affiliate, etc.) with a sharp focus on CAC and ROAS.
- Work closely with UI/UX, content, and tech teams to run A/B tests and improve site experience.
- Collaborate with product, CRM, and analytics teams to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities.
- Drive CRM initiatives lead nurturing, cart abandonment, repeat purchases, etc.
- Constantly track KPIs sessions, conversion rates, AOV, revenue, bounce rates and take actionable steps.
What Were Looking For:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in scaling a D2C brand.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, analytics, heatmaps, and customer journeys.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action.
- Experience in kitchen appliances or consumer durable brands is a plus (but not mandatory).
