We are seeking a business-driven Growth & Performance Marketing Head with deep experience in the nutraceuticals sector. This is a hands-on, leadership role for someone ready to own P&L impact across D2C and marketplace channels (Amazon, Swiggy IM, Zepto, BlinkIt, Big Basket, etc.), drive targeted growth, and ensure ROI-focused execution.

Strategic Growth Ownership:

- Architect and implement comprehensive growth and performance marketing strategies for D2C website and major marketplaces.

- Take end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability across digital channels.

P&L and ROI Leadership:

- Own the marketing budget, set and monitor ROI, ROAS, TAT (turnaround time for campaigns), CAC, LTV, and other business metrics.

- Track, report, and optimize for key financial and operational marketing KPIs.

Performance Campaigns & Innovation:

- Lead a team (or work cross-functionally) to execute high-ROI campaigns on Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and SMS/Email; explore emerging digital channels relevant to nutraceuticals/products.

- A/B test landing pages, creative, and funnel improvements for continuous results.

Marketplace Growth:

- Develop tailored promotional strategies for each marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, et al), leveraging platform tools and data to maximize visibility and sales.

- Optimize listings, campaign budgets, and product positioning in a competitive landscape.

Data-driven Leadership:

- Analyze user behavior, funnel analytics, research trends in the US/India, and direct creative/content teams for best-in-class messaging.

- Implement holistic dashboards, regular business reviews, and challenger benchmarks.

Cross-functional Management:

- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain for consistent execution and ongoing innovation.
