Growth Leader - Talent Strategy - Investment Banking/Venture Capital/Public Equities & Founder's Office Team

Job Summary: We are looking for a Growth Leader who will spearhead recruitment, talent management, and organizational growth initiatives for our Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Public Equities and Founder's Office Team.

Qualifications & Requirements (Hust Have) :

1. Prior Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity experience.

OR

Prior experience working in top tier executive search firm focused on Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity Hiring.

2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IB / PE / VC / Executive Search role.

3. Ability to independently build talent pipeline, manage hiring process, negotiate and onboard candidates across levels.

4. Genuine passion for building the firm's talent strategy as a key growth lever for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage the hiring process for the company's IB, PE, VC, Public Equities and Founder's Office divisions.

2. Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence: Proactively track talent pools and key industry movements at mid-to-senior levels in the IB, PE, and VC sectors.

3. Pipeline Development: Build a strong talent pipeline and work toward productizing junior-level hiring.

4. Culture Development: Shape the company's workplace culture by studying and implementing best practices from industry leaders.

5. Compensation & Incentives: Provide strategic input on the company's incentive structure by analyzing industry-wide compensation trends and best practices.
