Job Summary:
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IB / PE / VC / Executive Search role
- Ability to independently build talent pipeline, manage hiring process, negotiate and onboard candidates across levels
- Genuine passion for building the firm's talent strategy as a key growth lever for the firm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence: Proactively track talent pools and key industry movements at mid-to-senior levels in the IB, PE, and VC sectors.
- Pipeline Development: Build a strong talent pipeline and work toward productizing junior-level hiring.
- Culture Development: Shape our workplace culture by studying and implementing best practices from industry leaders.
- Compensation & Incentives: Provide strategic input on our incentive structure by analyzing industry-wide compensation trends and best practices.
