Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Growth Leader to serve as the analytical brain and operational backbone for our U.S. sales team, driving holistic customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is a pivotal role dedicated to accelerating the sales cycle and providing critical direction to the Business Development and Pre-sales teams. You will be responsible for devising high-impact growth strategies and tactical execution plans, while directly supporting senior sales executives on key opportunities within the sales funnel.
Your primary focus will be optimizing the buyer journey by aggressively removing friction from the sales process. You will achieve this by owning premium pre-sales collateral, crafting winning proposals, strategically managing pricing structures, and deeply identifying customer needs to tailor impactful presentations. Furthermore, you will be expected to think outside the box to develop creative deal-closing strategies and seamlessly oversee the contracting process. Ultimately, you will serve as the critical bridge connecting the Sales, Product, and Legal teams, ensuring that all deals are structured strategically and closed efficiently to maximize company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Collaborate directly with Sales to advance opportunities from Qualified Lead to Closed Won, ensuring momentum is maintained during the evaluation phase.
- Methodology Adherence: Manage and apply SPIN Selling and Challenger Sale principles.
- Proposal & RFP Management: Lead the BD team on end-to-end creation of high-quality Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and tailored business proposals that clearly articulate RAAPIDs value proposition.
- Customer Acquisition: Lead the BD team on creating and customizing compelling sales decks, demo scripts, and client-facing presentations for the sales team that address specific customer pain points and technical requirements.
- Pricing & Commercial Structuring: Assist in developing pricing models and commercial offers for prospective clients.
- Margin Alignment: Ensure all pricing aligns with company margin goals and approval matrices.
- Contract Management: Work with legal and manage the contracting workflow, including the preparation of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Legal Liaison: Act as a liaison with internal legal and finance teams to resolve redlines and accelerate signature.
- Intelligence & Assets: Maintain a repository of up-to-date case studies, battle cards, and whitepapers to ensure the sales team has immediate access to relevant collateral.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in Growth, Sales Operations, Pre-Sales, or Business Development within the SaaS/Technology sector.
- Healthcare Domain Expertise: Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare payers, providers, or risk adjustment solutions is highly desirable.
- Documentation Mastery: Proven ability to write complex proposals, SOWs, and professional business documents.
- Global Model Experience: Demonstrable experience working in a global model, that directly support a U.S. or international market.
- Exceptional Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory for C-suite and U.S. market engagement.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Masters degree/MBA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience interacting with Legal and Finance teams to finalize complex enterprise software agreements.
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including value-based care and risk adjustment concepts is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Presentation Tools: Advanced skills in presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint) to build polished, executive-ready decks.
- Analysis: Strong Excel skills for pricing calculations and deal modeling.
