About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales efforts in IT & Technology recruitment and staffing solutions.

- The role involves building new client relationships, expanding business with existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales in the technology talent market.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

- Identify and target potential clients across industries requiring IT/technology recruitment & staffing solutions.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events.

- Create compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client requirements.

Account Management:

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their IT hiring needs and recommending staffing solutions.

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

Market Research & Strategy:

- Keep up to date with IT hiring trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and verticals.

- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with recruitment team and managers to align business opportunities with resource capabilities.

- Provide insights on market demands to help design recruitment strategies.

Key Requirements:

- Proven 7-8 years experience in BDM / Sales role in IT Recruitment / Staffing.

- Strong understanding of IT/Technology hiring landscape, including contract staffing, permanent hiring, and managed services.

- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong relationship-building abilities with decision-makers (HR Heads, Hiring Managers).

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
