Growth Lead at our venture : Growth Lead role at our venture involves developing and executing a multi-channel growth strategy to acquire, engage and retain customers for their full-stack of trusted mobility solutions for Indian car owners. The role requires expertise in strategy and planning, as well as hands-on experience with paid media tools, analytics, and various growth techniques. The Growth Lead will be responsible for defining and validating core KPIs, building unique capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine the optimal strategy to identify unit economics and GTM. The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of professional experience in growth marketing and a passion for driving customer adoption and scaling digital products and services. Your role : As the Growth lead, your key responsibilities will be to: - Develop and implement growth strategies to increase the customer base for our at-home car servicing business. - Utilize a combination of owned, earned, and paid media tactics to drive growth through various channels. - Conduct sophisticated tests to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and determine the best approach for customer acquisition. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies, ensuring optimal unit economics and go-to-market strategies. - Develop guidelines and frameworks for internal and external use to guide growth strategy. - Translate insights into actionable plans and oversee the customer acquisition process from ideation to execution. - Identify and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CAC), retention, return on investment (ROI), and customer lifetime value (LTV) to drive the business. - Build unique capabilities around media, technology, customer journey, and growth operating models to differentiate the at-home car servicing startup. - Be agile, iterative, and constantly on the lookout for unexploited growth opportunities to drive business success. Key skills required : - 6-10 years of relevant professional experience in industry, product firm or marketing agency - Strategy and planning, plus hands on experience with paid media tools, like Meta Ads Console and Google AdWords - Expert knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Mix Panel, and AppsFlyer - Prior experience of driving growth in an omnichannel ecosystem for services like automobile, real estate - Prior experience of leading growth in a 0 to 1 startup - A passion for growth marketing, driving customer adoption, bringing products to market, and scaling digital products and services - Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company - Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions - Previous marketing or user acquisition and growth experience proliferating B2C or B2B facing digital products and services - Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills required - Previous experience at a professional consulting company highly desired - Experience with all of the following techniques: SEO/ASO, SEM, DSPs, social, paid media, community/influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, mobile native and web, programmatic display, etc. - Good working knowledge of measurement in cookie less world for omnichannel marketing - Working knowledge or good understanding of Market mix models, multi touch attribution etc Education Qualifications: - Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - Hands-on: Ex-entrepreneurs OR intrapreneurs are ideal candidates
