We have an urgent job opening for Growth Lead (Sales) with our client.

Location : Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives and market opportunities.

- Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team to enhance productivity and meet sales targets.

- Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and enhance competitiveness.

- Manage key customer accounts and participate in contract negotiations to secure major deals.

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth.

- Establish performance metrics and monitor team productivity to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in achieving sales goals.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to foster business relationships and opportunities.

- Report directly to senior management on sales results, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- At least 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a corporate sales environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and an analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.

- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts with high level decision-makers.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
