Responsibilities:
1. Own End-to-End Growth (0- 1 - Scale)
- Drive new customer acquisition across all channels - paid, organic, partnerships, and offline.
- Build and optimize the entire funnel: awareness - acquisition - activation - retention
- Set, track, and improve core growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period.
- Improve NPS, repeat rate, order frequency, cohort retention, AOV, and reduce churn.
2. Own the Growth P&L
- Own marketing budgets and contribution margins.
- Ensure growth is sustainable, not vanity.
- Make sharp, data-driven trade-offs between aggressive scale and profitability.
- Build forecasting models and ensure predictable growth.
3. Customer Obsession as a Strategy
- Deeply understand new Indian parents - their urgency, anxieties, and shopping behavior.
- Turn customer insight into high-impact acquisition and retention plays.
- Work cross-functionally with product, supply, and ops to improve the customer experience
