We are currently hiring a Growth Hacker / Community Lead who will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption, engagement, and monetization of the digital product or service. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, and technology teams to conceptualize and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic, and revenues for the digital channels. The role must focus on gauging sentiment around the brand, monitor feedback and engagement and showcase results through metrics. It will demand high levels of persuasiveness and accountability for creating an impactful community. KPI - To be achieved in the next 3-years Desired Community Subscription: - Build a total subscriber base of: 50,00,000 - 50% of the total base must be active subscribers i.e., 25,00,000 subscribers - 25% of active subscribers to be converted to active users: 6,25,000 Growth Hacking : - Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation, etc. to drive traffic to digital channels - Work closely with engineering / product development team to ensure the right customer problem is solved. This can involve sharing market research and competitive analysis with the team to best focus their efforts - Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue growth - Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies - Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand Community Building - Craft and implement strategy for defining and developing the community to achieve KPI's - Grow and manage the community, gain awareness within the sector and drive positive engagement - Design member-centric experience and interactions based on common interests and company growth goals - Drive the community towards assisting in achieving revenue goals by conversion of members to customers - Monitor and optimize community engagement levels and metrics Identifying and Implementing Strategies/Programs - Identify and organize various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums - Undertake market research to understand consumer wants, bring out actionable insights and ensure turnaround in terms of an action plan for the community - Explore new online community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion - Develop, and deploy online community events and promotions calendar - Build trade forums and keep our subscribers happy and coming back for more Relationship Management - Engage with the community and respond to comments and requests through the lens of the brand and its purpose - Manage the Mentors and Influencers who will be a part of the community- Onboard, engage, address concerns - Liaise with other departments to stay updated on initiatives, product, and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency and timely turnaround - Engaging with and making connections with people and organizations in the local ecosystem who could add value to our community Communication - Devise and implement the different communication initiatives for the community - Engage users, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote our initiatives - Provide metric driven qualitative and quantitative member feedback to the team Data Fidelity - Ensuring member data is updated and is current in the coworking platform - Ensuring lead data is updated in the CRM platform - Ensuring Community Data is being updated in the events database (KRI's)Key Requirements - 5-8+ Years of experience in growth hacking and community building - Strong interpersonal skills, can build relationships and influence stakeholders - Adept at managing a community through both online channels - Fundamental understanding of web traffic metrics, analytics, and content optimization - Extremely organized with good project management skills to be able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables - A well-rounded understanding of the Stock broking industry - Strong analytical foundation with meticulous attention to detail - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
