Role: Head of Growth
Location: Bengaluru
Reporting to: Founders & CEO
We're looking for a Head of Growth who is equal parts strategist, operator, and builder - someone who thrives in chaos, leads with empathy, and delivers with precision.
You'll own and execute the full growth strategy across online and offline channels, driving exponential user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute growth strategy across channels to drive signups, adoption, and retention.
- Build and scale offline growth engines, community programs, reseller networks, influencer-led commerce, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional growth team across performance, lifecycle, partnerships, and analytics.
- Run growth experiments across the funnel - from awareness to retention - and translate insights into scalable outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Brand teams to optimize user experience and improve LTV.
- Forge strategic alliances with fintech, logistics, and creator platforms to accelerate reach.
- Drive growth metrics like CAC, LTV, activation, and churn with a focus on sustainable scalability.
- Champion the voice of the SMB, ensuring initiatives align with their aspirations.
Ideal Profile
- 6-10 years in Growth, Marketing, or Business Leadership within SaaS, e-commerce, or SMB-focused startups.
- Deep understanding of India's SMB and homepreneur ecosystem.
- Experience building offline acquisition and community-driven distribution.
- Proven track record of driving hyper growth through creative, data-led strategies.
- Strong analytical and experimental mindset.
- High ownership, bias for action, and storytelling ability that inspires teams and users alike.
- Passion for financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and impact at scale.
