Role:
- This is a Growth Lead role, owning Trupeer's growth engine end-to-end.
- You will be responsible for both Paid and Organic growth and will own strategy, run execution, and drive outcomes. This role owns growth as a business function from traffic to revenue, with clear accountability on numbers.
- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run the show on metrics, while also bringing strong taste and judgment across website, content, and social presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning Trupeer's entire growth charter across paid, organic, influencers, social, SEO, website, and conversion
- Leading paid growth including ads, influencer and creator partnerships, budgets, CAC, ROI, and scaling decisions
- Owning organic growth across SEO, website strategy, content, PLG loops, and inbound channels
- Defining and tracking growth metrics across the funnel: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, LTV, and revenue impact
- Running growth with a strong analytical backbone - funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and forecasting
- Owning Trupeer's website, social presence, and distribution surfaces, with a strong sense of design, quality, and brand consistency
- Working closely with product, sales, marketing and founders to align growth strategy with business priorities
What You'll Bring:
- 5-10 years of experience in growth, startups, SaaS, or consumer/PLG-led businesses
- Proven experience owning both paid and organic growth at scale
- Strong command over numbers, analytics, and growth metrics; comfortable running growth reviews with founders
- Excellent judgment and design taste for websites, landing pages, and social content
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Experience working closely with product and sales teams
- Prior B2B SaaS or GenAI experience is a strong plus
Location: In-office, Bengaluru
Compensation:
Above-market compensation with meaningful ESOPs.
