Role Overview:
- We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Performance Marketer who can take full ownership of paid acquisition across Meta and Google. You will be the go-to person for driving growth through data-led decisions, efficient spend management, and relentless optimization not just reporting on it.
What you will do
- Own paid campaigns on Meta and Google end-to-end - strategy, execution, daily optimization
- Manage ad budgets of 1020L/month with full CAC and ROAS accountability
- Understands CAC/LTV model
- Brief creatives, kill what doesn't work, document what does
- Have experience running UAC and Meta campaigns
- Work with product and growth to fix landing page and checkout drop-offs affecting paid performance
Non negotiables
- 4-6 years of actual campaign management - real execution and not coordination
- Tier-1 marketing/management college (IIM, XLRI, MICA, IIFT, NMIMS or equivalent)
- Can build your own dashboards, not wait for an analyst
- Pixel / GTM setup and troubleshooting
