Category Demand And Growth Head - Fintech (Credit Cards)
Core Responsibilities:
- Build and drive the category's growth roadmap, including channel-wise demand planning.
- Work closely with partners/sellers to shape pricing strategies, promotional plans, and campaign ideas that increase conversion and sales momentum.
- Ensure the catalog is well-structured, accurate, and engaging, with high-quality product information.
- Design and optimize merchandising frameworks across the homepage, category sections, and themed campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to strengthen discovery, navigation, and overall digital storefront performance.
- Take full responsibility for the customer journey-from acquisition to retention-including NPS, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Use analytics extensively to guide decisions, track performance, and refine growth levers.
Ideal Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer internet domains.
- Minimum 5 years in roles focused on growth, revenue optimization, or category leadership.
- Strong grasp of catalog operations, CX improvement drivers, and merchandising fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to scale business lines, improve demand funnels, and run integrated marketing efforts.
- Highly data-driven with expertise in forecasting, KPI management, and performance modelling.
- Strong leadership, ability to work across teams, and experience building/mentoring high-performing groups.
- Thrives in fast-changing, high-ownership, high-velocity environments.
