Job Description:

We need someone who can solve:

- Meta acquisition

- Google Search acquisition

- YouTube acquisition

- Influencer acquisition / Partnerships

- WhatsApp acquisition

- Referral loops

- State-wise expansion / understanding language wise / state wise

- Language-wise expansion

- Trust building

- Life-event trigger marketing

- CAC vs LTV optimization

Ideal Profile:

- Candidate should have handled a 5 to 10 crore monthly budget for Meta and google.

- 814 years audience acquisition experience (be it App, or D2C, Transactions).

- Should have built influencer engine as well.

- Probably, we need operators. Somebody who can be hands to build from 0 to 1 as well (Not CMO, Not Branding head, not agency profile, not pure media-buyers and not brand marketers too).
