
Growth Head
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing & PPC Ownership:
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution across paid channels: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook/Meta Ads Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Drive ROI-led campaign planning, media budgeting, and cost efficiencies.
- Own CAC, cost per conversion, and all performance metrics across platforms.
- Continuously test ad creatives, audience cohorts, and bidding strategies.
2. Customer Lifecycle & Retention Marketing:
- Build full customer lifecycle journeys from acquisition to activation to repeat engagement.
- Manage and optimize communication across: WhatsApp messages, Push notifications, Email marketing
- Improve customer onboarding flows, engagement loops, and reactivation funnels.
- Partner with product and analytics to identify drop-offs and implement interventions.
3. Affiliate & Partner Marketing:
- Build and scale the affiliate marketing engine.
- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates, creators, and performance partners.
- Optimize payout structures and ensure high-quality conversions.
4. Influencer & Social Growth:
- Lead influencer collaborations across YouTube, Instagram, and other channels.
- Develop content briefs, growth campaigns, and partnership calendars.
- Track effectiveness, ROI, and content performance metrics.
5. Martech & Automation:
- Leverage martech tools to orchestrate personalized journeys and segmentation.
- Work with platforms like: CleverTap / Netcore / MoEngage/ AppsFlyer / Adjust/ Google Analytics / Mixpanel / Firebase
- Build automation flows that reduce manual dependencies and scale growth.
6. Data Analytics & Growth Experimentation:
- Own all growth dashboards, attribution reporting, and funnel performance.
- Build hypotheses, run rapid A/B experiments, and scale winning initiatives.
- Drive insights-led decision-making across acquisition, activation, and retention.
7. Team Management & Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team (performance, CRM, creatives, media, analytics).
- Set goals, streamline workflows, and ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Content, Design, and Leadership teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-12 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, performance marketing, or lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition in a startup environment.
- Deep expertise in PPC, lifecycle marketing, attribution, and funnel analytics.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, and ROAS.
- Hands-on martech experience and comfort with data-led decision making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills.
- Passionate about high-growth environments and building from 0-1.
