The company offers digital customer onboarding solutions that have found wide acceptance among BFSI customers. It is soon going to launch an integrated solution to digitize back-office operations for BFSI clients. The company is on an expansion spree both domestically and internationally. Location : Mumbai About this role : This role is for the EMEA region, primarily focusing on the Middle East. The company is set out to make its mark in the region. We are looking for a passionate professional who doesn't shy away from a challenge and is willing to help the Company grow in the region. This is a hunting role from Sales and Partnership aspect. Responsibilities : Sales & BD Responsibilities : - Drive new BD efforts through hunting and new client acquisition leading to yearly target achievement. - Meeting with clients to identify their needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs. - Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-up, and outbound activities and emails for the Middle East market. Partnership Responsibilities : - Creating and nurturing new BD channels through partnerships with individual consultants or IT companies - Constantly engaging with the BD channels to ensure a healthy pipeline and working along with them to drive sales closure. - Ensuring Steady revenue from new and existing the BD channels Growth Hacker Responsibilities : - Identifying new product vendors in the region and getting them onboarded to increase the product portfolio - Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand - Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels - Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results
