Role Overview: You will be a pivotal part of the core team, tasked with driving user acquisition and retention in the Predictions Market space. Given the early-stage nature of our startup, your role will involve running multiple growth experiments to identify, validate, and scale go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You'll have the autonomy to define your approach, collaborate with the team, and build scalable acquisition channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, execute, and analyze experiments to test various marketing channels and strategies 2. Leverage innovative and cost-effective methods to acquire users from other Azuro front-end operators and beyond 3. Identify the most effective GTM strategies and scale them to maximize user growth 4. Leverage your knowledge of the crypto ecosystem to create targeted marketing campaigns and partnerships 5. Develop strategies to attract users by aligning marketing efforts with key sporting events and trends 6. Analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize marketing efforts. 7. Work closely with other core team members to align growth strategies with product and operational goals. What We're Looking For (Requirements) : 1. 2+ years in growth, marketing, or business development, preferably in the crypto, Web3, or sports industries. 2. Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including wallets, tokens, blockchain, and decentralized applications. 3. Passion for sports is essential to resonate with our target audience. 4. Skillset: - Strong analytical and experimental mindset. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills. - Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. 5.
