
Overview
We are looking for a Growth Enablement Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving workforce growth, ensuring smooth hiring operations, and serving as a trusted bridge between our delivery teams, the CWP (Contingent Workforce Program) team, and the customer. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of technology to function as a pseudo account manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all open roles, including ageing, rate cards, hiring status, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate closely with the CWP (Contingent Workforce Program) team to ensure seamless hiring and onboarding.
- Partner with internal hiring teams to expedite recruitment, selection, and feedback cycles.
- Act as a pseudo Account Manager, understanding the customers technology landscape and aligning talent needs accordingly.
- Collaborate under the guidance of the regional Account Manager to effectively navigate and fulfill critical business requirements.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with all stakeholders, driving transparency and accountability in the hiring lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to onboarding and workforce management.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, reflecting professionalism, confidence, and a customer-first orientation.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5- 8 years of experience in talent operations, workforce management, or customer engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of technology hiring and workforce dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
