
Growth Associate - SaaS Sales & Marketing (Demand Generation)

What You'll Own:
As part of our Demand Generation team, you'll work directly with the Founder to:
- Drive SaaS Demand Generation - Plan and execute campaigns that attract, convert, and nurture leads across multiple channels.
- Run Webinars and Virtual Events - Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact webinars and live demos that build authority and trust.
- Manage Brand Presence - Own and grow our LinkedIn presence (Founder + Company pages) to position us as thought leaders.
- Optimize SaaS Marketplace Presence - Manage listings on platforms like G2, Capterra, SaaSHub, etc., ensuring top visibility and reviews.
- Assist in Email and Demo Automation - Use data-driven email strategies to boost demo bookings and engagement.
- Measure and Report - Track what's working, analyze funnels, and recommend growth experiments backed by data.

Requirements
- MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1 B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, MDI, etc.).
- 0-3 years of experience in SaaS or digital marketing preferred.
- Strong grasp of LinkedIn marketing, email sequences, and webinar funnels.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Notion, or similar.
- Hustle mindset - you enjoy figuring things out fast and getting things done.
