Role Overview :
Work directly with the CEO to drive strategy, growth, and data-led decision making for Univest's broking business. This is a high ownership central role combining analytics, business understanding, and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with CEO on business strategy, growth initiatives & execution
- Track and optimize broking funnel (acquisition - activation - retention - revenue)
- Identify growth opportunities across pricing, product, and customer segments
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Tech/Product & Marketing to drive outcomes
- Execute high-impact strategic projects end-to-end
What We're Looking For :
- 2-3 years experience in Fintech
- Strong hands-on skills in Excel (must) | SQL / Data tools (good to have)
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving ability
- Understanding of stock markets / trading ecosystem
- Ability to convert data into actionable insights
- High ownership mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with stakeholder exposure
