Growth & Marketing Lead (Equity-Based Role)
About the Role
KwikMedi is looking for a passionate and driven Growth & Marketing Lead who can take ownership of user acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact equity-based role for someone who wants to build a 0- 1 growth engine and play a critical part in scaling a healthtech startup.

Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute KwikMedi's end-to-end growth roadmap.
- Own acquisition, activation, retention, and referral metrics.
- Identify low-cost, high-impact growth channels for early traction.
Marketing Management
- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, SEO, WhatsApp & local channels.
- Lead performance marketing, optimize CAC, and improve campaign ROI.
- Build brand presence through strategic content, storytelling, and partnerships.
Social Media & Content
- Manage KwikMedi's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging daily/weekly content: posts, reels, ads, blogs.
- Build KwikMedi's online community and engagement.
Product & User Insights
- Work closely with founders to refine user journeys and product messaging.
- Analyze data, track key metrics, and implement growth experiments.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
Offline & Local Marketing
- Design local campaigns for pharmacies, RWAs, clinics, gyms, workplaces, and communities.
- Plan guerrilla marketing, events, and grassroots awareness activities.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Startup Growth (Early-stage preferred).
- Must be data-driven with strong analytical and performance marketing skills.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, and CRM tools.
- Ability to create content (basic design/video editing is a bonus).
- Self-starter mindset-comfortable working with limited budgets and high ownership.
- Passionate about healthtech, consumer apps, and impact-driven startups.
