Summary:
Client is seeking a high-impact individual to spearhead their growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving new client acquisition, enhancing product-led growth strategies, and refining our go-tomarket (GTM) approach. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities, ensuring that Redseer Benchmarks continues to lead in delivering unparalleled insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition & GTM Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy aimed at acquiring new clients over the next 2-3 years.
- Identify and prioritize target sectors and accounts, tailoring outreach strategies to each.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine value propositions and positioning in the market.
Product-Led Growth Enablement
- Partner with product and research teams to identify features and insights that drive client engagement.
- Design and implement strategies that convert freemium users to paid subscribers.
- Monitor and optimize the customer journey to enhance user experience and retention.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs.
- Gather and relay client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between GTM strategies and product capabilities.
- Lead initiatives that require coordination across multiple departments, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Candidate requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in roles encompassing B2B sales, GTM strategy, or product-led growth, preferably within the SaaS or consulting sectors.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing enterprise clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of taking initiative and driving results.
