Growth Activation Lead_PropTech startup
Description:
We are hiring a Growth Activation Lead for a rapidly scaling, founder-led PropTech startup with recent Series A funding, on a mission to make home buying and selling joyful, transparent, and tech-driven.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end pre-sales funnel from initial lead contact to sales handoff.
- Manage and train in-house and outsourced pre-sales team to drive conversions
- Manage, mentor, and scale a team of in-house and outsourced pre-sales executives.
- Work closely with Growth & Sales teams to refine targeting, messaging, and funnel KPIs.
- Leverage data to track conversion metrics and drive continual improvements.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience with quick, high-quality responses.
Qualification required:
- Minimum 4 years of exp in presales, lead management and strong ownership of lead-to-visit conversions.
- Comfortable working with tech/product teams to build and scale CRM tools, AI calling, and chatbots.
- Strong team leadership and CX orientation.
- Data-driven decision maker focused on outcomes and efficiency.
