Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact between financial institutions and clients throughout the lending process.

- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on borrowers.

- Prepare, review, and organize loan documentation and reports.

- Advise stakeholders on transaction structuring, compliance, and credit risk.

- Facilitate negotiations, ensuring terms meet all parties requirements.

- Monitor ongoing compliance and manage communication channels.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst certification.

- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or similar roles.

Required Skills:

- Proven skills in credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
