Key Responsibilities:

- Own the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with team and business owners, and providing technical and functional direction to engineers

- Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Monitor project progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely completion of tasks

- Identify and manage project risks, and develop mitigation strategies

Must-Have Skills / Technologies:

- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

- Ability to lead a team of software engineers in designing and developing complex solutions

- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira

- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, including estimations

- Strong time management skills

- Ability to critically analyze different implementations and select the most suitable ones

- Experience in project planning and management

Good-to-Have Skills / Technologies:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

- Experience working in Agile Team and working understanding of Scrum & Kanban

- Knowledge of Rest API, Websocket, OAuth, OpenID, AWS Platform and Microservices

- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously

- Risk Identification & Mitigation
