Category Manager / Product Portfolio Manager Biologicals Products

Location: Onsite at Ahmedabad.

- 3 to 5 Year experience in Product Management, Marketing or Strategy.

- 5 to 8 years experience in Sales & Marketing.

- Belief in Sustainable Agriculture.

- Ability and willingness to travel in rural areas.

- Ability to influence and collaborate.

Desirable

- Degree in Agriculture or allied subjects.

- Sales and marketing experience in Agri Input industry (Seeds, Crop Protection or Bio products).

Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Product Strategy (4Ps).

- Manage Portfolio of products Seed Treatment, Soil Heath or Plant Nutrition.

- Prepare 3Y /5Y business plans.

- Develop & implement Digital l Marketing strategy.

- Design MCM, POP visibility inputs & packaging.

- Design Demand Generation & Fulfillment Strategy.

- Conduct MR to get market, Product & customer insights.
