Program Manager/ Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst/ Program Manager

Experience: 2-3 Yrs

Qualification - BTech (Chemical) + IIM

CTC: 18-25 Lacs

Location - Mumbai

Context

The company has committed to a new growth trajectory and has initiated transformational projects.

The Program Manager would support the new initiatives and ensure timely execution of the transformational projects. In addition, the job holder will support the management in deciding new growth initiatives, data driven decision making and developing the data-based decision tools.

The job holder will be participating in corporate strategy activities and, based on company needs, lead special short term or long-term projects as and when assigned to him.

Responsibilities

Project Ownership

1. Owner of the Project schedule

2. Anticipate, analyse, validate and report the factors impacting the project timelines

Data Management

1. Bias for data driven decision making

2. Identify, manage and collaborate sources of data

3. Structure data for management decision making

Strategy and Growth

1. Participate in the strategy formation

2. Work with MD and management team to identify the growth opportunities

3. Help evaluate options

4. Part of the due diligence team (if applicable)

Special projects

1. As assigned based on Company need

Internal Collaboration

1. Build a collaborative working relationship with management team and other functional teams

2. Represents the voice of project team to MD

3. Put the objective ahead of functional and personal upmanship

4. Participate to build and builds a consensus among various functional teams to deliver objectives

Competences

- Engineer and MBA from Tier I/II institutes with 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/ Chemical company

- Ability to convert a project into steps and milestones and build consensus among stake holders

- Ability to manage multiple projects of diverse nature

- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline without compromising quality

- Quantitative abilities

- Excellent listening and presentation skills

- Fluency in spoken and written English
