We also have a fully operational manufacturing facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

Position : Regional Sales Manager (North 1 )

Experience : Min 14 Years

Job Location : Delhi

Region Covered: Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Greater Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand & J&K

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sales for the region across both premium (Tefal) and mass (Maharaja Whiteline) product lines.

- Achieve regional sales targets, drive market share, and ensure profitability.

- Expand and strengthen the distribution network by identifying and appointing new channel partners.

-Monitor and control outstandings, stock levels, and distributor performance.

- Conduct regular market visits and drive on-ground execution.

- Lead and develop Branch Managers/ASMs, ensure policy adherence and performance growth.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as Branch Head / RSM in the same region.

- Background in appliances/cookware industry is required.

- Strong expertise in GT distribution, team handling, and business analytics

- Excellent market knowledge and communication skills

- Willingness to travel extensively
