Description:
Position: Group Solution Leader/ Vice President, Marketing and Growth.
Required Experience: 12-18 years in Software/SaaS/Platform Marketing.
Position Summary:
Direct marketing strategy for AI platform across B2B and B2C markets.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Study adoption patterns of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini platforms.
- Devise pricing plans based on OpenAI, Anthropic, Google pricing models.
- Design multi-tier pricing for API access, subscriptions, and usage.
- Develop B2B licensing models for enterprise accounts and departments.
- Create pricing for any custom development and bespoke implementation services.
- Establish channel partners programs and distribution pricing across markets.
- Design pricing for multi products across global markets.
- Focus on enterprise sales enablement programs and value propositions.
- Build demand generation through content marketing, events, and digital advertising.
- Leverage social media for influencer marketing and developer community engagement.
- Develop media relations strategy including press communications and thought leadership.
- Represent organization at global summits and events.
- Develop positioning differentiating from low-code platforms and AI assistants.
- Analyze regional dynamics across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific markets.
- Execute product-led growth incorporating viral mechanisms and freemium models.
- Build relationships with industry analysts positioning platform in category.
- Establish metrics tracking conversion, acquisition cost, and regional adoption rates.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years marketing experience in SaaS, platform, or AI companies.
- Ability to work independently with or without dedicated team.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing channels.
- Track record developing multi-tier pricing for multi products globally.
- Experience in enterprise sales and B2B licensing models.
- Experience building channel partners programs and distribution networks.
