Group Product Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a candidate who will support a small core product team in building cutting-edge digital products in telecom sector. Our ideal candidate is an expert in agile product management, familiar with development of digital solutions, with focus on mobile apps and ecommerce solutions. Strong user experience and technical skills are crucial.
In your role , you would be responsible for building customer journeys for app and ecommerce from idea and specification, through development to go live and customer mass adoption. Your tasks would be to critically evaluate and align requirements coming from various local and headquarter teams and distill them into a single coherent product. In all of this you would ensure the best possible digital experience for our customers and provide service to various customer and business interfaces. You would be able to effectively communicate project status, milestones, and risks to in-house and remote stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps and execution plans with the objective to help customers to Self service and overall reduce the number of calls
- Shape business requirements and formulate those into robust and clear development specifications by writing and refining user stories which would predict and answer user queries, problems and requirements
- Translate between the needs, perspectives, and skill sets of cross-functional stakeholders and team members
- Collaborate closely with development and UX teams to define the best product possible
- Operate in a fast-pace, frequent changing environment
- Coordinate dependencies and conflict priority across one or more external teams like call centre, retail, business etc.
Requirements:
- At least 7+ years of working experience in digital product management
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Excellent communication, collaboration and writing skills
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
- Proficient with Jira/Confluence or similar tools to help teams organize, track, and manage their work
- Able to work independently with little oversight
- Experience in telco sector is an advantage, but not mandatory
