
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product vision and strategy for logistics-related offerings, aligning with company objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers to deliver high-impact products.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch improvements.
- Partner with operations, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product success.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities.
- Prioritize product initiatives using data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of product releases.
- Drive innovation in logistics solutions such as route optimization, real-time tracking, warehousing, and last-mile delivery systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries.
- Strong understanding of logistics technology platforms (TMS, WMS, tracking systems, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Experience working in agile environments.
