Job Title: Group Product Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Education: MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 institute preferred

Experience: 812 years post-qualification experience (PQE)

Industry Preference: E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Consumer Tech, Supply Chain & Logistics companies

What Youll Do

- Build and manage the product roadmap, ensuring effective prioritization and trade-offs.

- Evangelize the roadmap and communicate across stakeholders and teams.

- Conduct user research and generate actionable insights that shape product direction.

- Draft product requirement documents (PRDs) and ensure smooth collaboration across design, engineering, and business teams.

- Partner with engineers and designers to deliver impactful features.

- Monitor, measure, and iterate on feature performance, making course corrections where needed.

- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering growth and execution excellence.

Who You Are

- B.Tech/B.E and MBA/PGDM from a Tier I institute preferred.

- 812 years of product management experience in an agile environment.

- Proven expertise in building and scaling products from 0 to 1, ideally in supply chain & logistics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

- A technology enthusiast willing to dive deep into details.

- Experience leading PM teams and working across multiple product lines or initiatives.
