Group Product Manager - eCommerce
Job Description:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key e-commerce initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-impact products and experiences.
- Apply first principles thinking to break down complex problems and develop scalable, customer-centric solutions.
- Use data and A/B experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure strong alignment between product goals and technical feasibility.
- 8+ years of total work experience, with 6+ years in product management in a tech-led organization (preferably in consumer internet/e-commerce).
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of technology fundamentals and their application in building consumer products.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale a team of product managers.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging first principles thinking and data insights.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, growth experimentation, and product analytics tools
