- About the Role-

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic - Group Product Manager- to lead key brands within our - Dermatology Division (Derma 3D)- . This is a leadership role with ownership of brand strategy, portfolio growth, and team management.

- Key Responsibilities-

- Drive - strategic brand planning- and execute annual marketing plans

- Lead - product portfolio & lifecycle management- , including new launches

- Design impactful - marketing campaigns (CME, KOL, digital & field)-

- Work closely with - Sales teams- to ensure strong field execution

- Build and manage - KOL relationships & scientific engagements-

- Leverage - market insights & analytics- for business growth

- Lead and mentor a team of - Product Managers / Executives-

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 8-12 years in - Pharma Marketing (PMT)

- 2-3 years as - Senior Product Manager with team handling

- Strong experience in - Dermatology therapy area- (2-3 yrs)

- Qualification: - B.Pharm + MBA/PGDM (Marketing)-

- Proven track record in - brand launches, strategy, and growth delivery-
