We are seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager to join our dynamic Derma Division based in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dermatology or pharmaceutical marketing and will be responsible for driving the growth of key brands, launching new products, and crafting innovative marketing strategies tailored to dermatology healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to strengthen existing dermatology brands and ensure brand profitability.

Product Launches: Plan and execute new product launches in the dermatology segment, including market analysis, pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies.

Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to drive marketing campaigns, ensure training alignment, and achieve revenue targets.

Promotional Activities: Design and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, CME programs, doctor engagement initiatives, and digital marketing strategies.

KOL Engagement: Build strong relationships with dermatologists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and medical institutions.

Forecasting & Budgeting: Manage product-wise sales forecasts and marketing budgets effectively.

Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with the regulatory and medical affairs teams to ensure compliance with promotional practices and medical guidelines.

Key Requirements:

Education: B.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences) + MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in the dermatology or skincare segment.

Skills:

- Deep understanding of the dermatology market.

- Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
